The Service License allows foreign companies to provide a range of services in Saudi Arabia including construction, technology, education, healthcare, tourism, etc. There is 100% foreign allowed for foreign investors allowing them to grow and diversify their business operations in Saudi.

Requirements for Service License in Saudi Arabia

The business should have been established outside of KSA for more than 1 year
Minimum capital of SAR 25,000
Copy of Commercial Registration of the shareholding partner certified by the Saudi Embassy
Foreign company’s financial statements of the previous year certified by the Saudi Embassy
