Service License
The Service License allows foreign companies to provide a range of services in Saudi Arabia including construction, technology, education, healthcare, tourism, etc. There is 100% foreign allowed for foreign investors allowing them to grow and diversify their business operations in Saudi.
Requirements for Service License in Saudi Arabia
- The business should have been established outside of KSA for more than 1 year
- Minimum capital of SAR 25,000
- Copy of Commercial Registration of the shareholding partner certified by the Saudi Embassy
- Foreign company’s financial statements of the previous year certified by the Saudi Embassy
